Finally I got approved!!! May 6, 2006- THE BIGGEST DAY OF MY LIFE IN USA!!!!
Thanks for the helpful information that everybdy was sharing in this forum. I WISH GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY!!! I know that one day everybody will get what we've been waiting for so long!!! Don't give up!!!

My processing time is as follows:

Asylum granted Febr 2004
I-485 filed Dec 5, 2005
RFI requested by TSC 12/17/05
RFI received by TSC 01/03/06
Bio Code 3 02/11/06
LUD 03/20/06
Approved 05/06/06
GC Ordered 05/08/06
GC in hand......hopefully this week!!!!

I'm not going to give it up.......i'll wait 6 more years,maybe my son can ask for me ( he was born here) and get my green card!!!!!!!! yeahhhhhhhhhh

Congratsss!!!! MY ND Is july 05 and no sign of approval.. That is very strange that you got approved so fast.
 
I am the derivative asylee. My husband is the pricipal asylee. We filed together and he received his green card a month ago. I thought that I was supposed to get my GC before him but he was first. I was amazed that everything was processed so quick.

You will be next.. it looks like your case is processing too. When I called USCIS to aks them how come my husband got his GC and I am still waiting they told me that they are waiting on FBI with the name check. That's why I am sure most cases are being delayed. By looking at your LUD I have a feeling that you'll get it very fast.

Congratulations bgasylee!!! I am happy to hear that you got approved! You are actually ND 2006 and you got approved! That's great! My ND is Dec 1 (about 4 days before you) and I hope I will hear the good news too!!! But I don't know...mine is in... Bermuda triangle (I mean Nebraska)

She is actually ND2006 (like me). The fiscal year starts in October, so anybody who applies in Oct, and afterwards, is considered to be in the next fiscal year! And yes it's the fastest approval (Next to one forum member who got approved in less than 4 months)!

No... he came here in 2003 and 4 months after he was here we applied for asylum...He've never applied for any other status....

I think Penguin was congradulating bgasylee, the original poster regarding his/her approval! I don't think he/she was talking to you! I don't know why you would insult him/her when he/she was responding to the thread owner!
