Labor and I140 approved in 1999

ND: 10/03/2001
FP: 05/07/2003

3 EADs 2APs , 3rd Pending

Series: SRC020035XXXXXX

Changed jobs moved around in different states Filed AR-11 2 times called INS for address changed but still NO RFE I am surprised.

Status says "My case been approved on Feb 24, 2004..." For wife no status change still says "Mailed directly to ......"

My previous status was "Figerprint received .. resume etc"

I think no body shoould loose hopes and think of worse as Texas center is working and doing good.
 
Forgot to mention that you guys (especially all senior members) are great guys.

Through all threads and message here I was getting hope that I am not the only one left.

This Forum is great place guys.

First of all congratulation,

you desereved that. no dought it took long time for u.

would u like to share, as u said 140 approved 1999 and your 485 rd/nd shows 2001 ... why is that ?...

Oh it looks likes you are a newcomer. At present priority dates are current so you can file 485 immediately after your 140 or best together. But in old time (1999 -2000) you would have to wait till your priority dates are current. MOST OF US old timers have waited for years just for that date to be current.
