Filling out the I-130

I am filling out the I-130 for my husband at the moment.Section B, (Number 1) that ask about family name for the petitioner . Would I to put down my maiden name or husband's name. I still have my maiden name on my passport and Naturalization certificate. But i have his name on some documents that we share together like the life insurance policy he got in our native country,i intend to send that in with the I-130 form.

I will really appreciate an answer ASAP.

If you are currently using your husband's name as your surname, use that.
