filling 130 as spouse,please help..

my us citizen wife is filling for I-130 for me,but the problem is that i came back in 2001 through a travel agent on somebodys name and passport,and now i want to file on my own name .IS IT POSSIBLE that i can able to file on my real name or not . PLEASE HELP.....
