filing Two I485 applications using one I140

My priority date : 08-jul-2002

i filed my I140 and I485 concurrently on 24-jul-2007 in EB2 category,
i got REF on i140 , now we requested USCIS in EB3 . I140 is still in pending status.

Now EB3 dates are current , can i re-file I485 application using existing I140? could it conflict with first I485 filing ?

what was the RFE?? ask your company lawyer about RFE details
 
RFE is on LC, the LC hase alternate requirements like BS + 3 years or AS + 8 years experience

Did you go to the future? How can you file on July 24, 2007? It's only May 30, 2007?
