I am about to file my application.Can anyone throw some light on the following.

1)What is nonimmigrant visa number?
2)Have you ever applied application or petition with ins?
I have applied for H1 transfers and extentions but the employer files on behalf.I have also applied for H4 extentions too.So is the answer Yes?
3)Do you make substantial investment in US?
If I say \'Yes\' does INS thinks as doing some business and effect in negative way?\'

2. Is that the Q Have you ever before applied for permanent resident in US? Have you ?
