Filing Multiple H1's at the same time

Hi,

I am currently in OPT which is expiring on May 2006. So I have filed for my H1 with an employer(X) in order to be in the status. Also I am likely to get a project through an other employer(Y) which is starting by december and I have to be under there pay roll in order to work.They said that they could also file my H1 now. I am thinking about working with the employer(Y) by filing my H1 again.

so please tell me whether could I file mutilple H1s simultaneously under two employers?

YES, but you can use only one at a time
