Please dont ask me how I overlooked wrong date of birth info on my card. But here is the situation: I got my GC in June 2002 and

1. My service center was Texas.
2. AOS was done in Atlanta (local district)
3. I now live in Detroit area and between jobs (sick)

From what I gather from this forum, things have changed quite a bit..but one thing that didnt change is process time.

I need advice for the following:

1. Where should I file I-90? is it Texas service center or California lockbox?
2. Should I mail evidence with application? I also read they advise NOT to submit any evidence to CA Lockbox...I am confused.
3. Should I send my original green card? then how will I travel out of the country?
4. I read in this forum about getting appt via INFOPASS to get stamped to travel? what are they talking? is it paroled visa or something different?

Kindly advise.
Thanks

----------- you filed I-485 with Texas and after Interview at local office Atlanta file was sent to Texas and you got the card from Texas
2. AOS was done in Atlanta (local district)
-------------write it on the I-90 form (or explain on cover letter)
3. I now live in Detroit area and between jobs (sick)

From what I gather from this forum, things have changed quite a bit..but one thing that didnt change is process time.

I need advice for the following:

1. Where should I file I-90? is it Texas service center or California lockbox?

-------------------Texas service center
2. Should I mail evidence with application?
----------- form, evidence and Card

I also read they advise NOT to submit any evidence to CA Lockbox...I am confused.
----------dont send it to Lockbox if you send they will send it to Texas service center

3. Should I send my original green card?
--yes
then how will I travel out of the country?
---------once you file the I-90 you will get I-90 filing reciept, then take infopass with Local USCIS office, show the I-90 filing reciept and they will stamp your passport
4. I read in this forum about getting appt via INFOPASS to get stamped to travel? what are they talking? is it paroled visa or something different?
---------------- now you have to take infopass and with infopass you visit the local USCIS office , and local office wil stamp your passport that stamp is like GC and you can go out and can enter US before that stamp expires.

**update once you file the I-90 and get filing reciept or corrected GC
Kindly advise.
Thanks
