Hello,
i am going to file GC for my mother under family based immigration. I have to noted that my mothers name have been revised in her latest passport, whereas my passport still has her first name. I have the following questions
1. this difference in names, does it cause any issue when filing for GC?
2. where does this causes issues that I need to address?
3. what documentation should I provide to USCIS to reconcile the differences in her name from her passport ?
4. Since this is an issue, do i need to file GC using a lawyer or can I still file of GC by myself?
