i am a US citizen and recently got married to a girl in india
i know i have to fill out I-130 + G-325A and send in the following:
1. copy of my US passport and/or naturalization certification
2. my spouses passport biographical page (she has one but it has her old name and address on it, do i still send that in?)
3. her school leaving certificate
4. our registered marriage certificate
5. photos of wedding ceremony (how many photos?)
6. passport size photos of her and mine
some more questions:
1.our registered court marriage were on 1/8/07 however the hindu vidhi was on 1/15/07; the invitations etc also have 1/15/07 date, which date do i use for marriage when filling out the forms?
2. what is the usual processing time for a US citizen? the lady at the US embassay told me that citizens have higher priority.
3.what other papers will need to file when i file I-130 and G-325A?
4.if there are documents which need to filled later on, what are they?
