Filing for spouse after filing for myself

Lawyer just got my Labor certification and he is currently working on filing I-140 and I-485. He is going to be filing concurrently for me in the near future.

If I get married in the interim, will it be possible for me to file for my spouse if I add her to the application before I get my Green Card?

yes U can add Spouse anytime before ur GC get approved and provided the PD is current for ur Country and Category.

So if when I apply for I-485, my priority date is current, I am fine but if, after I get married , my priority date is no longer current, then my spouse will not be able to apply at that time, is this correct?

If you have pending I-485, your wife can apply for her I-485 (whatever the priority date)
