Hello everyone. Can I file my AOS with a courtesy copy of I-130 approval? Has anyone done this? I filed the I-130 five years ago and I think my lawyer has the original. I want to file it myself this time and needless to say I don't want to contact my lawyer. Thanks.

Why would you file your AOS if you have an N-400 pending?

You can file AOS for your wife only after you take your citizenship oath, not after your (pending) interview.
