Hi,
It just came to my attention that when someone files the N-400 based on marriage, he can apply after 2 years and 9 months after being a PR, which will make the answer to the fllowing question:
Part 2.B: I have been a lawful permanent resident of the United States for at least three years, and I have been married to and living with the same U.S. citizen for the last three years, and my spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last three years.
Which means if I file 2yr 9mo after being a PR, I cannot answer the previous question with "YES" by the time and file the N-400.
Technically speaking, would not that be a lie? unless the time is based on the interview time, which most definately will be more than three years.
