Need kind Information please, when i filed i 130 petition family base green card siblings in 2011, i only sent i 130. At that time inquired all, and they said i 864 will be filed when Visa number is issued and in that my brother will provide all details of their family. is that right.
I do have a WAC number been pending last 10 years at california service center.
I read diff details online , i didn't even sent i 864 when i filed for my brother, only sent form i 130. in 2011.
Please provide any details on this.
