File I 130 for brother and his family in 2011 need advise please

I am a us citizen file i 130 application family based greencard for my brother. and recv receipt notice from california with WACXXXXXXX in 2011.

Can you please kindly tell me what comes next after i 130, i mean what do i need to apply after i 130.

right now i see on the processing time for i 130 at california june 2011 processing times. is that correct?

There is nothing you can do until a visa number is available for the petition. The current wait is almost 13 years (longer for people born in Mexico and the Philippines). So there is nothing you can do until maybe around 2024. You should hope that the I-130 takes longer to process rather than shorter, because time that the I-130 is pending is subtracted from the children's age for determining whether they age out.
 
Why is thie processing times page on california service center showing i 130 siblings processing times currently processsing jun 2011, can you please tell me is this the right info:

"egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do "

It is the right info. It means the I-130 is being processed, and may be approved soon. But the petition being approved is useless to you until a visa number is available many years later, and like I said, it's beneficial for the petition to be slower to process rather than faster.
 
Please if you don't mind can you please tell me, what applications that i still need to fill and apply after that i 130 approved, if any. prior to getting a visa number. or there is nothing on my part to do. thank you sir. you have a good day.
