in the case of RFE do they need a W2 or can we give them tax returns ? Celina may have two W2 but one tax return.

I am in similar situation as celina and will have to join the client this week since my emp is asking me money to keep me on the payroll ! Can you tell me any thing that I should keep in mind while doing so. I am thinking of recording my emp's voice for future reference (I am thinking of filing a case against him after 180 days)

Concurrent file I-140/I-485 for about a month 11/10/2002. FP done yesterday 12/18/2002. Company is going to close down in two months.
1. Any chance to continue?
2. Can I hope the case will approved if there is no RFE?
3. At what rate INS issues RFE? It seems quite normal.

I am transferring from Company A to Company B using AC21 for next 4-5 months and willing to join Company C (I am working with Company C on 1099 as a part time).I am in 4th year of H1b with Company A.

Is it possible for me to transfer my H1 from Company A to Company C without transferring to Company B. Since I will be working with Company C for long time, I want to maintain AC21 and H1 (as a backup :) ).
