back several years ago, I tried to file divorce with my spouse. I mailed in the divorce application to the family court and the $150 for the application, I didnt hire a lawyer and just tried to do it myself with my spouse. Just we two work it out. But later we were ok, and we never really went to court for the divorce and we never talked about it too. Basically I just mailed in the application. Now when it comes to naturalization interview, do I need to disclose this? But it was so long ago, I couldnt recall the date any more. Any input? Thanks a lot!!

Are you still married to the same spouse? If yes, were you ever separated? Are you currently separated? Are you planning to apply for citizenship based on marriage to a US citizen?

still married to the same person, and didnt separated, naturalization was five years based.

What you have described is irrelevant to USCIS. You did NOT divorce and you are not basing natz on marriage and there was no name change due to divorce.
