File i-130 after i-140 is approved

Hi All,
I have i-140 approved under eb3 and haven't filed i-485 because of retrogation.
My question is
can my sibling file i-130 (FB4) while I still wait for my PD to become current?
Is it going to affect my current i-140 approval/GC application thru employer?

An I-130 filed for someone with an I-140 pending will not have any effect. An FB-4 will take around 10 years (or more) to result in a visa. If things don't work out with an employment based greencard at least you'll have that I-130 to fall back on.

Do I need to provide any other documents related to my h1b or i-140 (employment related) while submitting i-130?
