Hi my fiancee is in usa with me and she is on a visitor visa, if we get married here what status will she be under or does she need to go back to her native country for the visa processing?

Thanks

She can either apply for a GC while in the country (slightly risky) or she can apply for a visa abroad.
Was she engaged to you when she got her visitor visa?

Going by the OP's previous posts on 21st May, he was engaged to his fiance prior to her entering the US (she was in the UK at the time of the May postings).

Just a question to the OP- did you eventually get citizenship, as from your previous posts, it seemed as though you were ineligible at that time due to no longer being married. (OP got CGC in 2006, divorced in in 2007 and was talking about applying for citizenship in 2009- if the GC was based on marriage, then OP 'should' be eligible for citizenship in 2011 as being divorced means that he has to wait 5 years, not 3 years to become eligible).

I incorrectly assumed that the OP is a US citizen :)

No i didnt apply for citizenship, but i got engaged to my girl and the she got visa, so when she is here can i marry her or go back and marry her? and apply from there.Which is the best way?

Thanks

Since you are a GC holder, she is looking at 4 to 6 years before getting her own GC. She will either need to spend this time outside the US or maintain some legal status in the US.

Like you said to maintain legal status......... if we get married here and file the case cant she live with me? while the process is going on?

No.
She will need some other visa in order to maintain legal status- ie H1B visa.
If you were a citizen, then yes she could stay (though it would be questionable as to whether or not it would be considered fraud due to you asking a similar question back in May- therefore showing pre-conceived intent before she entered the US) . However, as you are only a GC holder, then she will need to return home (or to the UK) when her current stay is over (date on I94).
