Fiance Visa but, urgent help needed!!!

Demante,
One thing I do not get. Given all the heartbreak and perhaps the feelings of betrayal, hurt, etc, why would you want to stay in the US and be reminded daily of what/who brought you to the US? I came here on a K-1 in 2002 to get married. Had the relationship failed even before we got married, I would have driven back to Canada the next day. I came to the US to be with my wife. Had that reason disappeared, I would have had no need (and desire) to stay in the US.
I guess we all grieve differently.

I would do the same thing. But then, she may come from a 3rd world country where life quality is not all that great... vs the so called "american dream".

I come from a 3rd world communist country, but I love my people, food, culture, friends and family. But I only decided to stay and marry by wife because I love her. So I left everything else.

Btw, Lovely wife Triple Citizen :D (I saw her pic)

I would have to agree with some of the others that if that situation had happened to me I would be on the very first flight I could get back home. I'm sure if you're in love and you're going to get married the devastation would be from losing the relationship and not from losing the possibility of a green card. But I understand that with my being from Canada it's probably a bit of a different situation.

But aside from that...I came to the US on a student visa a few years ago, only for a few months for a special study opportunity. But I can tell you...I dont know how you would plan on supporting yourself during that time since you either cant work or can work extremely limited hours. And student loans from the U.S. for international students are very hard to come by.
