Fiance Visa and coming to USA

I'm a naturalized USA citizen. My fiance is in home country (India) now. I'm planning to start filling for fiance visa (K1). But she might get a chance to come to USA in 6 months from her company in L1. When she is here can we get married or do we need to wait for K1 visa to get over?

If she is in the US on L-1 status, there is no need for a K-1 visa. You both can get married and then she may apply for AOS.

I want to process K1 as there is a possibility of her getting L1 but there is no guarantee. I have a different question. If she comes here in visitor visa and we get married here in USA and then she will go back to her home country as she came in visitor visa. If I process Spouse visa after that, will there be any complication? Thanks.
