Hello,

I found few answers to my questions in some threads.

Still need help with a Q

In DS-157 there is a Q to list all countries visited in last 10 yrs. I have not visited any other country then USA(currently working on H1B) and India (resident country) a couple of times. So what should I specify here.

Could I cut a photo which is little larger in 2*2inches and attach that to DS-156.

Could I cut a photo which is little larger in 2*2inches and attach that to DS-156
----- Don’t do that many get refusal because of photographs, you can get the photograph from Costco or from Sears it is the same as for US passport. Photograph should have white background

---- On form DS-157 don’t forget to write your name in column 3 in native language, if you are from India write your name in your native language, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati Telgu, Tamil or what is your native language
