Has anyone applied for a Fee Waiver for N-400? How easy is the process? How long?

They have a high standard for fee waivers. You really need to be poor to get one.

If you are writing this with your own computer, you're not poor enough to get a fee waiver.
Determination of inability to pay goes beyond whether someone owns a PC or not.
The fee waiver guidelines and determination of inability to pay are outlined in AFM chapter 10.9 and in INA 212(a)(4)

Sometimes, a person may have a very good job, then he/she would acquire a computer, nice car, etc..Then all of the sudden he/she would lose his/her job, becomes poor, sells everything, goes to a public library to use the free internet
