Fedex / UPS n-400 to Phoenix AZ

Guys, Fedex seems to have misdelievered my n-400.

Even though N-400 gives the address
Private Courier (non-USPS)
Deliveries:
USCIS
Attention: N-400
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S.
Floor 1
Phoenix, AZ 85036

the actual zip code is 85034 (do zip code look up on usps.com)

Any how I sent it to the address on m-476 about 3 weeks ago and check has not been cashed.

The proof of delievery has a signature by the name of "L CREEDEN" in the mailroom.

My question is those who send by ups/fedex can you either PM or respond with what names do you seen on the signature?

Where do you see zip code as 85036? Anyways, I think you're letting your imagination go wild. Don't worry, your package made it to the correct address as there is only one 1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S in Phoenix.

The first notice USPS showed the normal delivery zip code for the Texas center - Lewisville, even though I mailed it to the Express/Courier zip code, then when they did deliver it was to the Express/Courier zip code.

The mind boggles, but alls well that ends well!

Because of the volume of mail and deliveries, often large Government departments like USCIS have their own zip code to aid the USPS sorting system.

The IRS also has it's own zip codes for a lot of deliveries. If USCIS say send it to 85036 then that's where you send it. All mail and packages are first sorted on the first 3 numbers of the zip for the distribution center.

Hey rsh,

Have you got receipt notice yet?

Same thing is happening here: it's been more than 3 weeks since USCIS received my package, I haven't received any receipt/notice yet and check hasn't been cashed either. Any suggestions?

Give it at least 30 days after you send in your application before you call USCIS to inquire about a NOA you haven't received.

I would suggest they start checking as I sent my N-400 in on the 14th of last month and I have completed the fingerprints. That's less than 30 days.
