Congrats on your approval,
I am still waiting on mine I-140( R.D 01/29/2004), My lawyer said they have send an enquiry letter, it is almost 3 weeks did not recieve any updates still N ow,Do we get any kind of acknowledgement from them that they have recieved a query.Within what time frame all of you get an acknowledgement once your lawyer had send a query.

Hi SesMantr,

First get a copy of the enquiry letter from your lawyer, to see what the enquiry is about. This may be a RFE or Notice of Intent to Deny( happened in mycase ) , and based on the information in the enquiry, you need to discuss with the lawyers - and some of the guru's on this board, and file a response.
My response was updated in about 5 business days on my case.
