Gys my 140 approved on sep 10 th. Online status and phone status did not change but my lawyer got a approval notice.

MD 02/28/03
RFE - Experience letters
RFE replied 07/24/03
EAD approved 09/10/03
140 approved 07/24/03
Concurrent filing
485 pending
AP not applied

It seems like one stupid mistake by me(Not submitting experience leters ) Helped. Thank god. Miracles does happen

I have a question. I am waiting for my I140's approval. Recently I got married and my wife is acutally on F1 visa status. And I applied Adjustment of status for her. Prior to our marriage, she was working in her school for 20 hours a week(per F1 regulations). As she has applied for AOS recently, her student visa status is gone and her status become AOS pending. Can she continue to work 20 hours a week, as she used to work before marriage? If she works, is it treated as illegal? What is supposed to be done if she worked until she gets her EAD?

Feb 03 Approvals

I have not had any corrospondence from BCIS for 6 months. Would be a great christmas gift to have an I-140 approval :)

I check my status every day and hope not to loose my job!!!
 
USCIS Online Status Check - I140

When I check my I140 status on USCIS online status check, I get the following message and hence I am unable to check my status:

Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.
--------------------------

I was very much concerned about this and when I enquired with my attorney, she says that it is a system glich with USCIS and nothing to worry about the case.

Is anybody having this problem ?? Is this something to be concerned? Please reply :(

Wish it is approved !!!
I am having this problem since when my attorney gave me the EAC number for my I140, you can say since March 2003 I am seeing the same message on USCIC online status check

Anybody with the same problem ???
 
Please do not take my word for granted. Some times that message means your 140 is approved, you/solicitor might get the approval notice soon. But I could be wrong.

I am also in the same boat,
My EAC # is EAC 03 132 51### . The UCIS website says, Receipt not found since the day I got this Number In Mar 2003. Attorney says "wait until Jan 2004" . EB3 vermont. Keeping my fingers crossed. If u have anymore info let us know.

02/19/2003 must have been your RD/MD?... are you sure that is your ND?

According to my lawyer, my I140 ND is 02/19/2003.
But you may be right as my I485's RD is 02/19/2003 and
ND is 03/25/2003 and it is concurrent filing.
So do you think my I140's ND is 03/25 instead of 02/19.

Please advise and also can you please tell me the result by running the script...

Thats right mam123, your ND is 03/25/2003. 2/19/2003 should have been your 140 RD.

FP question

Quick question:

After filing concurrent I140 and I485 back in Feb 03, my wife received a FP notice but not me. I am the primary applicant and the I140 was filed for me.

Her case shows that they received the FP and will resume processing when applicable, after I140 is approved is my thought.

Has anyone else seen this? If so, when will I get my notice?
