Touch date is not notice date. If you register with USCIS, you will be able to see the latest date when your file has been touched.

BTW, I received second FP notice on June 1, 2004, but my touch date (or online status for that matter) has not been changed. My wife is still waiting for her second FP, or any other change.

Seems like a lot of folks with recent FP2s and WAC 02 2xx series got the same 'sweep' touch dates of 6/22 and 6/23. Maybe cases were ported to a new system or something, or the same IIO has a stack that's getting prepped)

today, 06/29/2004, the status changed to "RFE received by the USCIS on 06/25/04" for both my wife and me....
Our RFE details are a few posts above!!!

The LUD changed to 06/16/04 for me and my daughter; to 06/21/04 for my wife.

I'm EAC02172xxxxxxx.
FP2: 05/20/04

I don't think it happened because of FP2 done. It rather looks like a result of our address change request filed in May 2004. We received 2 confirmation letters on address change, I guess one for my lawyer request and one for duplicate request I did myself on a phone.

voronv, can you post the dates when you requested address change and, respectively, received confirmation?

Message still reads the same for my wife and me...
"On June 25, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Today, I see that the LUD date is changed (to 07/01/04)!!!

Phone call: 05/13/04

Confirmation letters: June 15 (RE: case type I-765)
June 18 (RE: case type I-485).

Normally we should have been received 6 such letters, 2 for each of us. But we received only 3 so far, nothing for my wife.

What's interesting, the letter RE:I-765 is particularly polite, saying "This office is experiencing a backlog and apologies for the delay".
Nice phrase: "office experiencing ... apologies"!

I485 receipt date, 17 Feb 02
Our receipt #'s are WAC-02-124-5****
3rd EAD for both of us.
The response for RFEs (AC21 letter, W2's, 1040's, pay stubs, I-693 supplement for wife) received on 06/25/04.
