I am WAC 02-210. As per the USCIS online update, the case last updated on 11/14/2003

But the message is the same since 18 mos, done my FP June 17th

On July **, 2002, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made blah blah .......

My case touched today...dont know why or what they are doing...
expecting RFE...any idea why????

My and spouse's case also touched today ( 5/4/04) .. no change in status though.

Hope they are working and not just a electronic update !!
 
my case touched date is changed to 5/4/2004 from 1/30/2004.
( status is not changed).

My 2nd fp was also on Jan 27. And I also have the todays touch date.

Dunno if they updated all records with 2nd Fp in end of Jan
 
my touch date was 04/07/2004 and I received my second FP yesterday 05/04/2004. May be on 04/07 they scanned all cases with FP expiration and sent them to the contract firm which generates FP notices.

I just checked and my touch date changed from 1/15 (2nd FP) to 5/4. But the status remains the same - we received FP and processing has resumed - blah blah ...

So what exactly happened on 5/4? Was it just some kind of mass update?

When are the remaining March filers expecting approval? I think it will be October.

Hi guys,

My touch date is also updated. The last one was 3/27 which was when Feinstein's office made an inquiry about my case. Today I checked and I had a touch yesterday like others.

My information still says that they received my fingerprints and processing has resumed

Touch date got updated to 05/04/2004 for both my wife and me!

Also, my 3rd EAD got approved and was mailed on 05/04/04.

For about 1.5 year there was no activity on my case even though I got 2nd FP notice in Jan 04 and got it done on 21 Jan

Till recently my Touch date was 09/27/02 only yesterday it changed to 05/04/28

the Status says on Jan 28 we received the results of FP review Blah Balh

last update was on my 2nf FP. Date changed to 05/04. last month I submitted 3rd AP application. Not sure the update is because of it or something else. Interesting to see many other people alsi getting the same touch date.
