today, 06/29/2004, the status changed to "RFE received on 06/25/04" for both my wife and me....
Our RFE details are a few posts above!!!

one more LUD change

Message still reads the same for my wife and me...
"On June 25, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
Today, I see that the LUD date is changed (to 07/01/04)!!!

I just received 2nd FP notice for myself scheduled for first week of August.
Online message not updated yet ... LUD 06/15/04
My dependant didn't receive the 2nd FP notice though. Her LUD is 06/24/04.

1. 8 approvals.
2. 2 transfer to LA
3. 2 Refs.

Finally saw some action on the case, though not so thrilling.. In an era of approvals, I got an RFE email notification. Waiting for actual RFE notice.
