Just Received RFE for my Case

I just received RFE for my case from the lawyer.

RD: 02/05
ND: 02/13
FP: 05/25.

Asking for paystub and two years of tax return. Is it normal?
 
guys, call the IIOs

see what they say, and ask if your case has been assigned to an officer, or a RFE generated. i am doing the same.

Waiting for the approval

I haven\'t seen any approvals so far after 11/9/01.
My case Status mesg changed from \'Case Not found\' to received on 11/9/01

PD - 3/15/00
RD - 2/15/01
ND - 2/22/01

I have called IIO last friday and he told that my case was not assigned to officer and going to assign in 1 or 2 days.

I look forward to see approval soon.
 
Me too. ND 2/14/01, FP 5/9/01 AVM says rcvd on...takes 365 days...blaaaaaa.

What is happening at VSC? No approvals more than a week!!!!!
 
No Approval

This is longest dry spell ever since Dec 2000. Everymonth we atleast one aproval in a week. May be INS has stopped the 485 processing. I am one of the unlucky guy RD JAN 20th still waiting.

Me too! still "case not found" in AVM system. However my wife\'s message changed from "case not found" to "recived blaa blaa" recently so I assume they are processing our case now. My wifes\' 485 receipt shows RD 2/5/2001, ND 2/13/2001, however the AVM message is saying "we receive your application on Feb 13!!", that\'s actually the ND, not RD on the receipt. Is there anybody else seeing the same thing? I am also wondering why there are no more FEB approval recently, did anybody have a clue?

As AVM still does not say that my case is approved, I called up again today and talked to an IIO regarding that. She confirmed that my case is approved and the approval notice has been mailed on 11/15/01. She also mentioned that since last week there is some technical problem with AVM system.
I am only posting this info so that you guys do not loose HOPE..You all may soon be surprised when you open your mail box..

the avm system does say received using our ND dates instead of actual RD. It is the same for me too.

BTW, have you guys spoken to the IIO recently and inquired what is going on?

Spoke to IIO last week ,she said the case is assigned to a officer and wait for another 30 days

I called Vermont Center today and found out my petition was approved on Nov 13. My wife’s was also granted on the same day. Here are my details:
