Does INS Proces as Per ND/RD ?

Greetings All,

This is a simple question being posted - Does INS pick up cases for approval on RD / ND .

My RD is 2/8 and it has not been picked up yet. My ND is 2/15 and INS Claims they have been processing cases of 2/15 as of 2 days back. But my case has not been picked up.

All this while I used to think they pick up as per ND. But when I called last week they said they pick up as RD.

Any way any thoughts on this.

Any one has any clue ( off the head ) how many applications were applied in Feb as I know the dates had become current at that point.
INS Claims that they had recieved a lot of applications at that time.

The information I have gathered so far are as follows.
They check your PD first, then your RD.
If you check the cases adjucated so far you will see what I mean.

has the AVM changed after it approved

Did you find that out from AVM or from calling IIO? The reason I am asking that is that there is message saying that there is problem with AVM system these days and it did not get updated.

No update for AVM yet

There is no update for the AVM yet, and the message is the same:case received... We will check the AVM tonight.
 
When did your message changed from "not found" to "received" ?

I have the same ND as yours. I would like to know when did your message changed from "not found" to "received" ?

Good sign seeing some approvals for FEB cases

Congrats, who ever got approved this week (11/22/01).

Message changed from "notfound"

.. to "received on ..." around 3-4 weeks back.

Finally, the AVM also updated yesterday.. approved on 11/13.

Got Approval Notice today!

AVM machine updated on Nov. 21:"your case had been approved on NOV 13, approval notice was mailed out..."

We received the Approval notices today. What a wonderful gift!
