But just to let you know, I have a friend with I-485 ND Nov/2002 who did his FP-2 in July and he is still waiting.

Received FP2 for self only

Scheduled date: 11/02/04.
Will wait for a couple of week to receive spouse's FP2 also.
Will try to do an early FP2 after that.

Got letter for self. Not for spouse, so called again end of August.

FP1: 4/18/03: Expired. No FP2 yet.

Number of LUDs for all three cases in July '04.

7/23/04: RFE for Spouse and child: Resend Medicals.
8/23/04: RFE replied.
8/25/04: Website updated.
LUD: 9/10, 9/11, 9/13 for all
LUD: 9/20 for spouse and daugher: Responded to your request.

In the nutshell. Awaiting 2nd FP or an RFE only in my case.

AD: Hopefully before January '05 and VISA dates regression for EB3 :rolleyes:

Approved 09/23/2004 ND 0212/2003

Wanted to update you all that my I-485 was approved today! Got the customary emails and checked the website - couldnt believe me eyes, so called and verified too

Here are my details:
Labor Substitution (EB2-RIR) Masters degree from the US. Large company with 7000+ employees. I have been working out of the office in Virginia all along.

I-140 & I-485 were filed @ VSC on 02/12/2003 (concurrently).

1st Finger Printing completed on 03/13/2004
1st EAD Card approved on 03/19/2003
1st Adavnce Parole approved on 03/26/2003

2nd EAD Card approved on 05/12/2004
2nd Advance Parole was approved on 08/18/2004
I-140 approved on 07/09/2004(EAC031005****)

2nd Finger Printing Scheduled on 07/29/2004. I received the notice on 08/05/2004(the mail man screwed up!!!). Rescheduled the 2nd Finger printing to 09/09/2004. 2nd Finger Completed on 09/09/2004.

LUD Change for the I485 on 09/15/2004.
I-485 approved on 09/23/2004 (EAC031005****)
