I got FP2 Notice on 9/9/2004 schdeuled for 9/17/2004. I got my early FP2 done on 9/10/2004. When should i expect for any LUD change or Approval or something?

My Friend today got his GC Approved he ad his fp2 done in 8/12..

ALSO MY LUD DIDN'T CHANGE WHEN I GOT FP2 NOTICE....

Hi..

Neither my LUD nor my on line message changed for my second FP before or after I am done with the FP2, i am just guessing that the BCIS folks recv'd my info. Following are my details:

140/485 RD/ND: 11th FEb 2003/7th MArch 2003
140 AD: 01/07/2004
FP1: 05/15/2003
FP2: 11/1/2004
 
What is your I-485 ND and FP1 date?

I was expecting a FP2 and instead got this.
On September 20, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
 
Someone got same message after requesting address change.

I am sure you might have already done this.. but just in case..

did you check w/ you lawyer for any FP notice they received. In my case they received it before me.... I have seen cases where FP getting lost in mail ... So might as well check w/ your lawyer...

My FP1 date received is exactly same as your's (5/27). and FP2 notice was generated on 5/27/04... But I received it late.. which is a different issue...

Address Change 02/04.
Got letter for self. Not for spouse, so called again end of August.

FP1: 4/18/03: Expired. No FP2 yet.

Number of LUDs for all three cases in July '04.

7/23/04: RFE for Spouse and child: Resend Medicals.
8/23/04: RFE replied.
8/25/04: Website updated.
LUD: 9/10, 9/11, 9/13 for all
LUD: 9/20 for spouse and daugher: Responded to your request.

In the nutshell. Awaiting 2nd FP or an RFE only in my case.

AD: Hopefully before January '05 and VISA dates regression for EB3 :rolleyes:
 
JJ, I called the lawyer today about the new status and asked them if they got any notice, but they also did not. Don't know what to do...May bemy file is lost under some body's table and it will take years before they find them :eek:

Any changes in YOur LUD.....
For one of my Friend after his 1 st FP, in 4 days Message got changed saying that FP results recived....bla...bla...

For another friend after 2 FP exactly after 25 days he got approved directly....I mean no LUD changes before approval.....

I did my 2nd FP on August 26th. Hope an approval soon by the grace of god. I am getting anxious now....

Hope everyone gets their approvals soon.
