Feb case still waiting

RD 2/05/01, ND 2/13/01, FP 6/16/01, still waiting, nothing happen yet. AVM message changed from "Case not found" to "received blah blah" around 11/22/01, I did call INS and was told that my case was with an officier and all things looks fine. However, with so many Feb approvals, mine is still pending, really don\'t understand how VSC works. Any Feb guys still waiting???

Same here. RD Feb 1st,2001, ND Feb 12 2001. I140 approved for AOS, FP 05/01, Still waiting.

Waiting still - Feb case

I am waiting still. My case assigned to officer on 11/19/01 and
mesg changed on 11/9/01.

I think AVM changed from \'case not found\' to \'case received\' around Nov. 2nd. PD, 08/99 FP 05/01

The automated message says \'Application received on .....\' since April/May.

it\'s hard not to lose patience when cases filed later than ours are getting approved.
anyway, still hanging on .
 
guys , i feel yr pain..

i am a feb nd myself, and got apporved by pestering iios. i called them on 11/20 asking them how come ND after me got approved. my app was apporved same day, and avm changed next day (coincidence?? - impossible).

my back up plan was to call my senator/congressman, and really bug them till they approved --

my advice is - be a pain in the a@@ - otherwise nobody cares about your GC!!

still waiting

called IIO one week ago, was told case with an officier. checked AVM yesterday, still not approved. called lawyer, was told no RFE or approval is received.
 
talk to IIO today

RD 2/7/01, ND 2/14/01, FP 6/29/01, under review, no decision yet.
The IIO acknowledged that it is a little bit delayed. She said it depends
on officer. some of officers may be on vocation. So I have the impression
that our cases may be in the hand of the same officer(s).
 
my case has been approved on 12/12/01
