Feb case still waiting

Under Review

Spoke with IIO 10 minutes back. She told me that my case is under review and will take 4 weeks. Does it mean my case has been assigened to an officer? When I asked her, she said she cannot say that. Plz reply

I was also told by the IIO when I spoke to her last friday (12/07/01) that my case is under review but she cannot say
when or was it assigned to an officer. However, during the course of the conversation, she did say something like
\'yr case is with\' and then she corrected herself and said that the case is under review. So, even if they do not explicitly
say so (some nice IIOs do though), the case is most likely with an officer and you should hear something soon. I had done a search
\'under review\' and it seems like most cases get approved with a time frame of a few days to a month once the case
is under review. Mine was approved yesterday. Good luck !
 
anybody has experience to seek help from senator/congressman

Do you think it will help or at least do no harm.

RD 2/7 ND 2/16 Called IIO 3 times in 6 weeks,only one answer need to wait for antohter 6to8 weeks
