I-485 was filed on Feb, 2003.

I already have 2nd EAD too.
only 1 Finger Printing ( probably 2nd FP is coming soon).

Notice Date:May 1st '03
First FP is done.
Applied for Second EAD,AP etc....no updates from there.

No updates

I have not seen any updates since the day 1. I think our turn will come after 7-8 months if NSC continues to approve at this rate. But you can't be sure with NSC!!!!

As i said earlier my case done in concurrent filing :

RD :April 24 '03
Notice Date:May 1st '03
First FP is done.
Applied for Second EAD,AP etc....

2nd EAD Notice Date is:April 23 2004 and approved on May 31 2004.
It looks 2nd Also approved on Jun 2nd.

Question:

I have completed Fp first and my 1st EAD got approved july23 2003. There is no finger print on my EAD card. Now 2nd EAD card also came without any finger prints on it. Not only for me, for my spouce also. If i check the status online.......it shows, its taking between 570-640 days for AOS for the last one year. It never changed . Is it true with everyone or just my case. If it is just my case.....anyone can guide me on this ?

I had the same thing

When I received my 1st EAD I had not received call for FP. For the 2nd EAD I had completed my FP. But it does not show my FP. Same goes for my spouse too. May be our EAD has not been updated because they have not received any thing from FBI. This must be standard. I am just guessing!!

Can anybody clarify this?

Hi GM,

Do we need to call FBI.....and check the status on our FP ? because sooner our 1st FP will expire....and we may have to go for 2ndFP. I have seen in so many threads..people are mentioning about name check. What is this name check ? Can any one of you guys let me know.

Frankly I do not know. I thought somebody else will shed some light on this. Let us try to call FBI to ask about our FP. Now-a-days USIS is approving November 2002 cases. If they receive FBI report then they might approve.

Did you try to call FBI? I saw in another conversation people from May and Aug 2002 are also waiting to hear from USIC even after FBI sent reply to them in time. GOD knows what's happening!!!

Please let us know if calling FBI will help us in getting the attention from USIC? I have seen people are proactively calling to FBI to check their case. Is this going to help? Please some body enlighten us.

Does anybody have an estimate as to how long will it take them? our 570-600 time frame will be 8/04. I've seen some 4-6/02 being approved, and even later than that.....
