FBI rejeting FP more than once? How long after the FP, status change online (AZ)

Did any of you had their FP rejected more than once?

My friend had it rejected once. Has some skin issues. When it was re-done, it was the same operator at the support office. Tried talking to the manager but manager told, it is your fingers and changing the operator is not going to make a difference.

Appreciate an advice?

Also, how long after the FP status changes if you track it online? Gave the email on N-400 but never got any email update (FP is done). Thanks.

If FP are rejected twice, you'll be required to provide police clearance report from every district you resided in the the statutory period.
