Fbi Monitoring This Forum

Guys,

While listening to Rajiv's Sept 6th, 2007 Conference call, he mentioned that FBI regularly monitors this discussion board. As a result, be mindful what you post as it can be subpoened by the US govt. :cool: So, it was a very interesting relevation, because he indicated that he was forced to turn over the full details of someone who claimed to have gotten his/her GC through fraudalent means... :confused: or something to that effect...

I would care less about the FBI, because I have nothing to hide. However, for some people on the forum, be aware that you might receive a knock at your door from the FBI officials. As for me and my household, we shall serve our G_D with no fear...:rolleyes:

This should not discourage people from posting for information or clarification, by all means, continue to use this forum because it is one of the richest and powerful immigration forums we have....:D
 
I wonder if the FBI will be asking for those people who came here seeking "mail order brides" or the one who asked "which one would be easier to get a GC through, the USC by birth or naturalization?".

Oh well, watch it! the Big Brother is out there! :eek:
 
I'm not surprised. You heard a lot of news that some criminals get caught through online chat or such.

don't think it's true (not that i have anything to hide, in fact, i'd love to talk to FBI to finish this namecheck nightmare i'm stuck in :) ). I don't remember being required to provide any significant details about myself when i signed up so which details exactly he turned over? email at gmail.com?
 
I wouldn't doubt FBI is looking, it only makes it easier to find those who are trying to scheme and scam.

It's simple for them to locate the people that are posting that they are suspicious of, simply by checking their IP Address.

Listen to Sep 6 conf call. It's around at 27 min. It was said they contacted for the case that was posted 5 years ago.

Your IP address, DNS Service Provider, and with that they can get your home/work address and with that they get your phone and tap it... and with that... should I go on? :rolleyes:

No need to be concerned, unless you are a criminal..... a subpoena can unravel who you are, when last you checked your email, which computer you used. For your own sake, don't ever try to screw with the government... your balls will be shrunked by their immense power... trust me. :p You never want to try these guys... if they bugged Prince Diana... who are you?:eek:
 
Good im glad they are monitering. Its the only form of communication i have.

I wouldn't be surprised if the FBI or INS are reading. This is one of the most active immgiration forums. I am glad they are watching. ;)
 
I am not surprised to find out that FBI monitors forums like this. But I wonder if they have enough time and manpower to do petty things such as monitoring forums! I wish INS/DHS had the same amount of time and manpower.... many of us would not be waiting for months and years.
