Hi guys,
I am amazed by how this question to know whether or not asylee may go back home bother you. I am wondering if some of us could not question the USCIS officers (not desk clerks or receptionists) to know when may asylee be allowed to go home? I know many friends who visited home and came back. But ? :confused: :)

If u don't believe that anything will change in your country in the nearest future that is very sad and I am certainly sorry to hear about your family... but I LIVE WITH THIS HOPE TO SEE ONCE MY COUNTRY, MY PEOPLE NOT OPPRESSED, BUT FREE!!! THAT'S MY DREAM!!! DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT???I WANT THINGS TO BE CHANGED!!!
 
All I tried to do was to share my opinion based upon the legal advise I received regarding traveling abroad. I am sure there are many who accquired RTD and tarveled "back HOME TIMBUKTU" and destinations other than"TIMBUKTU" Hell broke lose, TOM DICK and HARRY crawled out their closets.

OH "Oh no we know people traveled back home, we pay taxes, we got jobs and we pay mortgage, lets go". I, in principle I don't care what an individial would like to do, but don't mislead thousands of other readers, your life and your decision are yours to make. What bothers me the most is that you are adamant, you want others to suffer because of your irrational reasoning.

Let me make this very clear, if anyone thinks I will back down it will be a mistake. Hit me with some more, I'll get back to you. :eek:

I'am not an asylee but the government tracking suystem is rapidly getting better.

I am a canadian citizen and drive accross and also fly. I recently had to go see an ICE officer because I didn't register for NSEERS (i wasn't required to). I kept getting RFE's to show registration. I decided to take care of it once and for all.

Well, when I went it ICE he had some screen printouts. It showed every entry I had made, and the port of entry since 2003.

Once you get and alien #, every crosssing you make gets attached to that alien #. It is important to note that when I cross I do not get a new I-94 card. Al they do is swipe my canadian passport.

Also, whenever people are flying into USA, the airlines transmits the names of passengers and their trave itinerary to POE. They match up the names with criminal history and terrorist watch lists. ther has been a number of people sho have been denied entry or put in deportation proceedings (including greencard holder).

I wouldn't go by the standard that POE, CBP, ICE or USCIS don't know. they actually do.

Lady back “HOME” out grocery shopping. Didn’t like the price of a potato basket. Started bargaining, shopkeeper got tired, offered a free basket of “POTATOS”. She said NO, I WILL TAKE TWO BASKETS.

A family out shopping at a wholesale store, removes the tag of CK jeans. Brings it to the counter clerk, no tag. Runner finds the item number, Jeans rings up $29.99. They refuse to buy the jeans, reason: WE CAN BUY IT AT WALMART FOR $5.99. They expect to pay $5.99 for the entire store. Please take me Home too for $5.99! ;)

I never imagined the argument of going back home will resurface again but it seems to be a matter of constant discussion.

There are those who would do anything and everything to go back home and there are THOSE like me who would never go "BACK RATHOLE HOME".

One thing is very clear, a "LEGITIMATE' asylee would always fear to face the same system and machinery which vitimized him/her. Having a U.S Citizenship won't make any difference.

Since, I am pressed for time I won't touch the other thread but I promise to give the proponents of "GOING BACK HOME" run for their postings. Since you the proponents have little or no dignity to stand their ground.

Proponents, DO NOT mislead innocent ASYLEES. Do, what you have to do, go "BACK HOME" you unpatriotic pests, since you have never considered United States of America your "HOME", you just came here to make money and you want to show your Swagger TO YOUR OLD PALS AND COMPATRIOT. :mad:

Plan carefully if you want to go back to your home country after receiving your GC. You might have problem to get approval for your naturalization. Noone can give you the correct answer in this website; not even an attorney.
