Hello people ,,i know this could be alittle bit long ,so i'm sorry about it.
i'm 20 years old ,single ,student .My sister is currently a U.S citizen and i hope i can gain a permenant residance through her.
Before filling I-130 application for me i toke a look at this page :
http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3236.html to check the current bulletin ,and i was scared to death when i saw that the cut of date for people with same condition as me is 08JUN96 which means that i have to wait for at least 11 years.
I came with an idea that My mother could now be considerd as an immediat relative,I'm asking IF SHE APPLIED FOR A PERMENANT RESIDANCE AND THEN SHE APPLIES FOR ME THROUGH HER WOULD THAT MAKE MY WAIT ANY SHORTER??
AND ALSO LET'S ASSUME THAT MY MOTHER APPLIED FOR ME THEN SHE LOST HER GREEN CARD DUE TO STAYING OUT OF U.S WOULD THAT CANCEL MY PETETION?
any answers ?any ideas ? please help me ,,thnk u
