Family GC filing

I wonder if I were to file family based GC (concurrent I130 and 485) for my brothers when they visit US on business, what will be the consequences and how long before they could get their GC?

In addition since this will adjustment of status from B visa to GC, can they work in the US and will they be able to visit Home?

The consequence would be that their I-485 would be immediately rejected by the mail room since their priority date is not current, and will not be for 10-12 years.
