Family Bases GC in Progress and created H1 Fraud - What is the impact?

One of my friend was caught doing H1 Visa fraud while the Green Card Petition was in process. Need your help to understand whether it will impact the Green Card processing?

In effort to each USA at the earliest, her husband sponsored a fake h1 with help of a friend. But US comnsulate in Delhi was able to identify the fraud and confronted my friend.

She was made to give in writing that she committed fraud.

She is very afraid and worried about its impact to the GC process.

Want to know if this will have any impact to Green Card in progress.

Are you really asking? Yes it will impact the green card. Immigration fraud has very limited waivers available and in this particular case I do not see any mitigation.

They might as well abandon filing the green card and her husband go and join her in India if he wants to live in marital bliss because he wife sure ain't coming here in the next century!

consult an immigration attorney if u need to, but im pretty sure this is an open and shut case.

if u use fraud at any time to get any immigration benefits, you get a lifetime ban. waivers are extremely hard to get.

people need to learn that lying to get past a small hurdle can have big consequences. i suggest finding a good place in delhi to settle down.
