Family based GC and US Entry

Hi

My sister received family based GC, she is studying in india. How many days she needs to stay here after landing into the US. Can she go back within one month even the final GC not arrived in hand ? Does she need that paper to enter back or temporary 551 will allow her to enter back after 6 months ?

She can leave the same day she enters the US if she wants to. If she is going to stay out for more than a year, she needs a re-entry permit. If she plans to return before 6 months, all she needs is the temporary stamp.
