Hi,

My wife and i have complicated situation here.

I am holding F1 visa and will be graduate in summer so i will apply for OPT in summer time. My wife already done and her OPT is going to expire soon but she still could not get a job, is there anyway that i can do to make her stay in USA while i complete my masters? thank you very much

Get an another I 20 for another course to continue on F1 untill she get the job and changed to H1

Apply for DV lottery (if your country is elgible) and hope that you win. That way you both could get permanent residence.
