F1 Visa Stamping at New Delhi ( COS from H1B)

I have been in US for six years and worked at a very reputed investment bank on H1B. I have a bachelors from a prestigious Indian school. In Fall 2006, I did a change of status to F1 and joined an MBA program ( top 5 in US). This summer I plan to go to India and get the visa stamped.
Details:

1. Self financed ( Have bank statements)
2. Been to India during H1B latest in 2005 dec.
3. Change of Status approved.
4. Ancestral Home in India
5. Never worked in India
6. Already completed 1 year of my MBA
7. Applied for an exchange program to IIM next year.
8. 6 yrs of H1b exhausted.

Are there any questions/documents I should be prepared with when I go for the interview?
 
Did you ever apply your LC with any company and gone up to I 140?

If your answer is YES. Then think twice before going for F1 visa stamping in INDIA.
