I suspect the issue is more likely to be that you were unqualified for the OPT job at 91 days. Since you successfully COSed after that time, I would be less concerned. Remember too that you should check the effective date of the rule to see if your 90 day start time was before or after the effective date. You may be worrying needlessly.
