F1 from Chennai, H1B stamping and H4 from Delhi?

I hope someone can help me out here. I got my F1 from Chennai. I reecently obtained a H1B approval and it starts on Oct 1, 2005. I plan to get married in Delhi in November. I was wondering if it is possible to get my H1B stamp and get my wife's H4 in Delhi? If any of you know about this please do let me know.

Yes. Since your wife is in Delhi, you do not have any problem.
