F-1 Visa for Undergraduation

Hi,
My cousin in India is completing 12 Years of Schooling and
She wants to do the Undergraduation in Engineering in the United States
by applying for F-1 Visa.

Would you please provide the details of How to apply for the Undergraduate Engineering colleges. Where can we find the list of colleges offering Enginnering Undergraduation and the fees they charge and their admission requirements.What are the tests that my cousin need to pass.Please help

you go to www.google.com, search by using words like university and engineering, find universities you like, look at their admissions pages to see how much they charge and what you need to submit to apply.

besides the above, I would suggest, let the student do the ground work of digging info & then you can coordinate as reqd. They'll know the exact facts.
