F-1 visa application interview

Hi everyone,

Now my brother who is back home , have been accepted for MBA to US university and applying for visa.
Can u help me with his visa apllication interview.
Should he show me in application , if yes what chances to get visa?
How should he be prepared for interview , once consular asks about my status ?
THxs a lot for any helpful advice

He needs to tell the consular what ur status is. Believe me, they've already looked up ur status even before he shows up for the interview. If u are an Asylee or whatever its called, they might see him doing exactly thesame thing you did when u got here on F-1.

thxs ,
he has US sponsor,
Does it help?

Even I asked my brother not to hide information about me unfortunately he did.
And they asked him about my status for which he couldn't give explanation.
Can still he appeal and how he can atttempt to obtain it?

No, decisions by consular officers cannot be appealed. He can try again once his circumstances have changed and he can show strong ties to his home country (which is going to be almost unfortunately in this case though).
