Eyes on AC21 with sub-LC

Hi Gurus,

I got I-140 approval with sub-LC and also looking at AC21 though not in rush. I wonder if this sub-LC based I-140 has anything less persuadable than self LC to invoke AC21. Any suggestion?

In my opinion, sub LC or own LC does not make difference with respect to using AC21 to change employer once 140 is approved and 485 pending >180 days.

Another issue, since I-485 can be approved anytime form now to years , I have concern if I-485 approved in middle of job changing, what should I do? Invoke AC21 or not? My understanding is that you should not change job right after I-485 approval. But I can't predict the approval time of I-485. See the problem?

AC-21 new memo still has some grey areas.........what if we change job and do not inform USCIS thinking we can give the new EVL after RFE ,but 485 is approved without any RFE.Where are we supposed to work after getting GC?
Though we have changed job before GC according to the USCIS we are still with sponsoring employer, Does it mean that GC is invalid because we are no longer working for sponsoring employer after getting GC.

Can anyone explain what to do in this situation?

Can u please share your plans and status, as I am in the same boat.

Also, can u pls let me know that, can we start working for new employer as soon as we apply for AC 21 or do we need to wait until AC21 is approved ???
